HBPSA is here to help with ensuring fair treatment, due process, and compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Because HBPSA is a small, member-run organization, representation is limited to ensuring fairness and adherence to district and contractual procedures. HBPSA does not provide legal defense, private counsel, or representation in criminal, civil, or credentialing matters.

This form allows members of the HBPSA to request representation or assistance in matters related to their employment with the Huntington Beach Union High School District.

All information provided is confidential and reviewed in closed session by the HBPSA Executive Board. You will be contacted after your request has been reviewed.
